Nikken Sekkei

Tadawul Tower, a prominent landmark in the King Abdullah Financial District, serves as the new headquarters for the Saudi Stock Exchange and acts as a strategic hub for major banks and financial institutions. Designed following an international competition, the tower features an angular, crystalline shape that gives it a distinctive appearance, showcasing Nikken Sekkei's dedication to integrating technology, sustainability, and architectural elegance.

With innovative elements such as a Tier 4-certified data center, an advanced trading engine, and a digital data display for the public at ground level, Tadawul Tower sets new benchmarks for financial infrastructure in the region.

In collaboration with Nikken Sekkei and Samsung E&C, UAP | Armetal played a key role in developing this flagship project by providing a range of precision-engineered architectural elements. These included Black SST column cladding, stainless steel handrails, glass balustrades, back-painted glass column cladding, stainless steel elevator architraves, and metal and glass ceiling systems.

Through meticulous craftsmanship and technical expertise, UAP | Armetal helped create an architectural icon that is set to establish Riyadh as the financial capital of the GCC for decades to come.
